By accessing Nixie operated by Shiny Animation Works you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Nixie provides cloud-based dealer management software for customers, products, sales, services and AMC contracts.

3. Account Registration

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorised access
• One account per business entity
• Minimum age 18 years

4. Free Trial

• 7-day free trial with full feature access
• No credit card required
• One trial per registered email

5. Subscription & Payment

• Monthly ₹99, Quarterly ₹249, Yearly ₹899
• All payments via Razorpay
• 2% Razorpay processing fee per transaction
• Prices subject to change with 30 days notice

6. Cancellation

• Cancel anytime from your dashboard
• No cancellation fees
• Data retained 30 days after expiry

7. Data Ownership

• You retain all rights to your business data
• Export your data at any time
• We may use fully anonymised aggregate data for analytics

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to Indian courts.
